I have over 20 years of experience providing services to adults and adolescents including case management, and individual and group therapy. I work with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help them learn how to recognize and change unhealthy or painful patterns in their lives. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also helped people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive.
