Hi, I am a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Therapist with experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD and various co-occurring disorders. I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and I am Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I have been successful in helping individuals overcome phobias, panic attacks, social anxiety, trauma and self-injury. I believe in collaboration with clients--not directives. My style is genuine and empathetic while being solution-focused. I am capable of using different treatment modalities; I realize that everyone's needs and preferences are different.
