New York has been my hometown until I moved to Florida 6 months ago, where I am officially licensed to practice therapy. I have been a licensed social worker for the last 32 years in New York, Michigan, North Dakota and now Florida. I love treating individuals, ages 8-80, and couples. Most of my clients present with symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, work/home/partner/relationship problems, binge-eating disorder, and parenting issues.

I have been practicing counseling for over 20 years. I work to put each person first during each session. I want to walk beside each person to help them in their personal journeys. I started as a teacher in my career, then went on the school counseling. I added addiction and clinical counseling to better serve people. I care about each individual and work to make them the best person they can be.
