I have worked with organizations that provide community mental health services as an outpatient therapist. I worked with Client from ages 6 to 65+. I am a compassionate therapist who is here to support and accompany you through your journey of healing and self-discovery. I obtained my master degree from University of Louisville in Social Work and I am licensed the state of Indiana and Kentucky.

I’m passionate about supporting people of culturally diverse backgrounds, ideas, identities and preferences and who want to improve their lives, work through their issues, and live authentically. I'm happy to help you with any of your mental health concerns. I know how essential it is to have a safe space to grow. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative and my clinical specialties include assisting in adjusting to major life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, shame, discrimination and more.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the Social Services field for over 14 years. I have had the pleasure of working with various populations and clients of various backgrounds.
