Whether you are trying to find relief from depression and anxiety, navigate your healing journey from trauma and grief, or work to enhance your interpersonal relationships, I am here to provide comprehensive support and a safe and nurturing environment tailored just for your unique needs. Dealing with depression/anxiety, trauma/grief, or relationship issues can be overwhelming. But remember, you're not alone. My approach is simple: I listen, I care, and work with you to guide you towards healing and hope. I believe that every challenge is a chance to grow stronger. Together, we'll work to turn your struggles into steps towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another, assessing your needs, and building a specific focus of treatment tailored specifically to your needs. Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of your emotions, empowering you to embrace a healthier, more fulfilling life. Most of my clients see an improvement in symptoms within the first month.!
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have experience working with a wide range of client populations and the challenges that they face. I have a wealth of knowledge in many areas including depression, anxiety, grief/trauma, and family/relationship issues. Some of my special areas of focus are male trauma, LGBTQ transitioning challenges, and childhood trauma.
Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
Are you keeping your struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief hidden behind a polished exterior? Everyone sees you as having everything sorted, but behind closed doors, it's an ongoing challenge. Your social energy wears thin, intrusive thoughts linger, and it's impacting your confidence, relationships, family, and work. There's a sense that a shift is needed—whether it's a new and exciting relationship, the closure of an existing one, or an uncertain urge for change. You might not be sure what's prompting this, but you feel ready to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your past experiences.
