Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is utilized in therapy through a structured process aimed at addressing various mental health issues. Initially, therapists assess the client's concerns and collaboratively set specific treatment goals. Humanistic

Humanistic therapy, also known as humanistic-existential therapy, prioritizes the client's self-discovery, growth, and acceptance.
