I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering sessions to individuals for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. As a Navy veteran, I also have a passion to work with military-connected individuals. I work with tweens, adolescents, and adults. I am committed to providing individualized treatment for each client, using evidence-based interventions and approaches. My goal as a therapist is to help erase the stigma attached to mental health while providing an affirming, inclusive, and safe space for processing and healing.

I understand that no two people nor their experiences are alike. Individualized treatment is a must. I feel that it is important to build rapport and trust with each client.
