HI I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor I received my Master's from Alfred University. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals with severe mental illness helping them identify healthier ways to cope with grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I provide a safe and relax setting that allows people to feel supported. My approach is collaborative and client centered we worked together to see the change you want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is spent getting to know who you are, I focus on building a therapeutic relationship. We discuss your therapeutic goals and what you feel needs to change in your life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is having compassion and I teach clients how to develop their own sense of self compassion.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

As we face different challenges we develop and wear certain faces to disguise our pain and discomfort. I create a warm atmosphere that allows people to let their guard down, remove the mask and be yourself.
