Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to read my bio, and I am looking forward to meeting with you. I am a husband and father of five children and enjoy much of my free time with my family. I believe everyone is on a unique walk and faces situations they were not prepared for at some point in their life, and when we struggle to find the best path, seeking out a trained counselor to guide you through is a great option.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session is about getting to know one another. I will work to get a better understanding of what you are wanting help with and we will build a plan that works for you. By the end of the session you should be hopeful and feel like we are headed in the direction you feel will lead to your success.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Clients often say that they look forward to each session, feel like they have actionable things to work on and know that they can work through things successfully after sessions with me. I feel I help them recognize their ability to work through any issues and through this they gain the insight needed to solve future challenges on their own. I feel that most people who have struggled in counseling in the past have found that they success with me and upon completion of therapy report they feel more prepared, confident, and ready for a brighter future.
