I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting clients and helping them transition through difficult times of worry or stress by building resilience and using healthier coping skills as a way for positive change. I believe in a person-centered approach to celebrate self-love and self-discovery. My goal is to develop a meaningful and trusting relationship that meets clients where they are at in life to help them identify goals, enhance skills, and make plans to address areas in need of self-growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. During this time, we will also ask each other questions. I always tell people that the first session may feel like an awkward interview. It is really our opportunity to get to know each other and make sure were a good therapeutic fit. Through gathering information and learning more about you; this will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I pride myself on my ability to connect with individuals. Specifically, building a relationship where clients feel heard, valued and can share thoughts and ideas free of judgement. Having worked with individuals for the past 9 years, I've developed a tried-and-true strategies for helping you with a variety of life's stressors.
