Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues or current stressors and want to navigate life’s stressors from a Christian worldview? If so, I am here to help! I am a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have experience working with children and adults in individual and group settings. I pride myself on having a down-to-earth, person-centered approach in each therapy session. I am relatable, and empathetic and take an honest and sensitive approach in the counseling process. While I am a Christian therapist and enjoy incorporating the Christian perspective in counseling sessions, I am willing to work with clients from different faith backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe place that allows each client to be heard and become the best version of themselves and develop healthy coping skills that allow them to thrive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love using a collaborative person-centered approach. I believe in meeting clients in the space they are currently in. The speed of therapy will take place on what feels comfortable to each client. I like to say "You are the driver and I am the passenger, I am here to provide direction and support".

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

With solution focused therapy, we will use goal setting as our foundation for each session. Using questions such as the miracle question to guide the sessions to think about what life would look like if a miracle would happen.

Christian Counseling

Using a faith based treatment method we will navigate the struggles of life from a biblical worldview and incorporating the biblical worldview into decision making and the goals in the therapy sessions.
