Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Connecticut and North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh and have been practicing for 9 years. I have worked in schools, hospitals and private practice. I support adults to navigate a variety of life stresses and manage mental health that allows them achieve life goals and happiness in multiple aspects of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with background information and circumstances that led to starting therapy. I would like to hear about your history with therapy and what went well or did not work for you. I am also open to answering any additional question about myself or the therapeutic process. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe in being transparent and honest with my clients. Sometimes the message that we need to hear isn’t easy to hear. However, through honesty, I foster an environment of focused growth and progress. Therapy is a way to understand the challenges you face and develop ways to overcome them with the support of someone in your corner.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Is the hurt of a traumatic past still weighing on you? Or maybe you’re struggling with a toxic relationship or can’t find the confidence to stand up for yourself. I can help you learn to let go of the past. Even if it’s been months, years or even decades, there is hope. The idea of rebuilding our life is daunting, but not impossible. Above all, I help people cope with anxiety, depression and substance abuse to get back to living life to the fullest and being the best version of themselves.
