Hi, I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Lexington, Kentucky. I work with clients who struggle with a variety of mental health issues, ranging from trauma and PTSD to depression and anxiety. I truly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and each client is unique. Therefore, I've worked diligently to continue my education regarding differing treatment approaches so I can meet the client's individual needs.

When working with clients, I use a mind-body approach to increase self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and tools to exercise mindfulness. Therapy works best when we can identify strengths and use this as a foundation of our work together while also setting a goal for psychological growth through hands-on activities that will empower the therapeutic process. In a world that is go go go all of the time, I believe it is beneficial to prioritize fostering a sense of kindness towards ourselves and our world, which has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and increase self-esteem and creativity.
