I received my Masters degree at the University of Pittsburgh, and I have been practicing for thirty-five years. I have experience in helping clients with a myriad of issues, but especially stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & anger management, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, as well as clients with substance use disorders. When I get the chance, I love to see the Mountaineers play live in Morgantown. I love coffee, fishing, football, and online shopping (Amazon is my go to!) Mental health is very important to me, as I myself have struggled with mental health in the form of anxiety and depression since early adolescence.
