As a child, I always wanted to be a therapist and have always held a deep love for people. I love nothing more than to help people to process their lives and make changes that lead to peace and happiness. I have also been working with family with parenting issues including supporting a neurodiverse child, working with neurodiversity affirming parenting methods, behavioral concerns, ADHD, eating disorders, and family separation. I use variety of techiniques depending on your needs, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and motivational interviewing.
