Greetings, I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of North Texas and have been practicing for 19 years. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Texas and Utah, virtual sessions only. I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist, Reiki Practitioner, and QPR Certified Suicide Prevention Instructor. I believe in mind body health and the direct connection between overall balance. I am an active, and directive, coaching based provider that aims to assist with goal achievement as quickly as possible.
