I graduated from University of Tennessee in 2013 with a Masters of Science in Social Work. I am a proud Army Veteran, who served as a mental health provider to over 1500 soldiers in Kuwait. I have worked extensively in the Veteran and LGBTQ+ community. I am passionate about improving mental health. My approach to therapy is both caring and compassionate, focused on helping clients identify and address their personal goals.

My favorite clients are contemporaries who are experiencing issues with aging parents and have difficult decisions to make concerning end-of-life care and/or the grieving that often follows those tough choices. Mental fitness includes acceptance of ones choices made during traumatic life phases. Enjoying a life of integrity many times is a choice one must make. I want to help you with that.
