Is it hard to love and accept yourself? I help those who struggle with the effects of trauma and who often feel anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed to find peace and healing. We will work together to find the roots of the issues and heal the wounds of the past. We’ll use a strength-based approach to address the whole self – spirit, soul, and body. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a set of tools that you can use to build trust in and learn to love and accept yourself.
