Welcome! My name is Evan Miller and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania. The goal of therapy is to facilitate personal growth and help you improve your life. I believe there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy, so this can take many shapes and forms depending on your needs. Whether you're looking to build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, change your unwanted habits, better manage your stress or just feel better emotionally - I am here to help! I consider the therapeutic relationship to be fundamental to all forms of good therapy, so I continually strive to create an environment that is supportive, safe, authentic, comfortable and non-judgmental. While I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I utilize a person-centered and integrative approach that also incorporates elements of attachment theory, existential-humanistic theory and harm reduction philosophy.

If you are overwhelmed, lost and feeling down, I would like to talk to you about how therapy can benefit you. I use a person-centered, empowerment-focused approach. I believe everyone has strengths and potential to emerge on the other side, given unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a radically safe space in which clients feel seen, heard and validated. My goal to collaborate with you to explore what safe space looks like or means to you in today's world. I meet where the client is, and together we appreciate their needs and know that their needs and feelings do matter. I do require weekly appointment for new clients for 1-2 months depending on the severity of presenting problems. It is difficult to build therapeutic rapport, complete assessments without meeting weekly at least for a month. We may discuss biweekly sessions, and new clients would benefit most from weekly, long-term therapy services in my practice. I specialize in complex PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and women's issues. I practice culturally responsive treatment, and intersectionality guides my practice. I am certified in DBT and tailor treatment based on the client's unique presenting concerns and needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, coaching techniques, Solution Focused Approach, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family System and body-based approach. I am currently available on the Zoom Pro platform only. I do not work with court-mandated cases, or custody cases involving law. I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and where ever you are in your life right now, I believe there is always time to reflect on and improve your overall well-being if needed. When do you set aside time for yourself? Let's talk about that. How often do you hesitate or ruminate over a mistake you made yesterday, or even last year? It's common to get stuck on our paths and focus on mistakes - talk to me and we can begin drawing a map for better understanding your emotions, thoughts and how they dictate your everyday. What is keeping you from living the type of life that you want for yourself and how do those obstacles dictate your everyday choices? These are only one of the questions I can help you answer for yourself in our sessions that focus on managing intrusive thoughts, building better relationships and accepting your whole being as worthy of love. I work with cerebrally inclined adults and teens, giving attention to their needs when “being in my head,” and perfectionism distracts from attainable goals. With my experience in using evidence-based practices and building a comfortable space for you, my philosophical background will guide you through anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts and existential dread. We will use mindfulness exercises, meditation and structured cognitive-behavioral prompts as well. Think of our time together as a study group with your holistic well being as the main subject and the quiz as your everyday life. Ultimately, I offer the chance for us to go on that journey of self-discovery as a team - we can find the answers that you are looking for. Let’s do it!

I take a holistic perspective with my clients to address the health of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a crucial part of the healing process, and that techniques and therapy approaches must “fit” the client in order to be effective—there is no “one size fits all” therapy. My goal, as a counselor and therapist, is to deeply understand my client, and when this happens we are able to identify areas of life that need to be changed, and ways of going about doing that. Therapy is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and a client who wants to change.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth DeLullo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes if for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated. Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist and together we will focus on your strengths and help you understand your worthiness was never in question. Other times you may require more skills and techniques to learn in order to overcome your concerns and issues. My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women's issues, OCD symptoms, agoraphobia, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I also volunteered at a Hospice and did my internship there and have knowledge in grief and bereavement therapies. I have also worked with incarcerated individuals going in and out of the prison system. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Ashford University and my Masters in Science In Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have over 11 years experience working with people from age 4 to 89. I am blessed as these people taught me so much and I love the work I do. I am of the belief that the way we think directly affects the way we feel. I also use a person centered approach, meaning I follow my client's lead and the direction they wish to take. The great thing is, is that there are so many different sets of skills and interventions to utilize, we will work together to find the ones that work best for you. It all depends on each individual's specific needs and wants.

Graduating in 2012, I have met with many hundreds of individuals, couples and families using a myriad of different methodologies. What I have learned is that the best way to help a client is to let go of anything you ever learned and connect with the person individual in front of you, not as a client but as a person. In addition, I take a highly biased and slanted bent towards your strengths and qualities with an unhidden agenda of manifesting your individual core beauty. In other words, this is a highly individual journey and the key to enjoying it is through highly colored lenses of your inexhaustible array of qualities. All methodology and techniques fall to the wayside.

My style of therapy includes the importance of mind/body, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. In the years practicing as a clinician I have learned many therapeutic styles, and techniques that helps target individual problems also on the relational levels as well, working with individuals on intimacy issues and helping them increase communication skills effectively and have helped many couples and families restore healthy forms of communication. I truly love/enjoy neuroscience (overall brain health education) and have multiple trainings in this. I enjoy teaching my clients about the importance of brain health and how the body functions with the brain, and how certain mental health traits happen based on the chemistry of the brain, along with encouraging clients to practice self care, emotional regulation, and being able to think about ways of exercising healthy brain health. Sometimes you just can't. You have been trying so hard for so long but you feel like a failure. You just don't adult like other people. This can show up looking like Anxiety, Depression or even stuff like OCD or Social Anxiety symptoms. Often this pain relates to trauma. It could be a history of very serious abuse with PTSD or just painful life experiences you assumed were not such a big deal. This is where I can help. I love to use my skills to help people who are struggling with emotional pain and daily life struggles. I want you to see yourself and the world in a new way. To stop experiencing days that feel like a dumpster fire. To feel hopeful about your life. To feel safe.To accept your imperfections and like yourself anyhow. When we work together it probably won't be like other therapy you have tried. We will work at your pace together. We will also focus on what matters. I am trained in therapies that address your thinking and your emotions. I use several forms of Cognitive therapy, EMDR, and Ericksonian (non-directive) Hypnosis.

Hi there and welcome! I’m Beth and I'm glad that you are here and have taken the first step towards self-care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA. Maybe you've reached a point in your life where you have lost your motivation and your emotions seem to have gotten the best of you; perhaps you have a child who you are deeply concerned for. Whatever the issues may be, EVERYONE deserves to live to life that's meaningful. I strive to create a safe space where individuals can face their challenges head-on, become empowered, and regain a sense of security so they can begin living their best lives. I am a highly sensitive person (HSP), who is extremely empathic toward others. If you want to know more about HSP, just ask! I am a very down to earth person who has her own struggles just like everyone else. I have two wonderful children, a son who recently got married and a daughter who is currently in college. Between them and my husband, we all take turns driving each other crazy! I have a serious chocolate addiction and my family must hide it from me if it is in my house! If I am not eating chocolate, I am probably watching ID Discovery as I am obsessed with crime shows! I also love being outdoors in nature, as it tends to keep me balanced. The majority of strategies and tools that I offer my clients, have been implemented in my own personal life at some point. I believe that my life experience as a therapist, educator, mother, wife, daughter and friend have provided me with the qualifications to be a relatable ally for my clients. I spent the first 20 years of my career as a school teacher in Philadelphia, mostly with the younger grades, where I was privy to numerous situations occurring in their homes including all types of abuse and neglect. Sadly, the education system had very little interest in addressing the mental health issues these children were faced with. Instead, the district’s focus was solely on standardized testing and getting students to be on or above grade level in all academic areas. So, I did what I could, academically, and spent the rest of the day providing mental health support and a safe space for these kids who so desperately needed it. I came to realize that my calling was to provide support for those with emotional needs. I resigned and begin graduate school for mental health counseling.

I believe in creating a safe environment for individuals to feel comfortable to begin the process of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor that requires genuine caring without judgment. I assist individuals in clarifying their goals for treatment, rather than adopting one modality for all individuals and presenting problems. I consider myself to be an active therapist combining my experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a warm, direct, and down-to-earth approach to counseling. I have a wide range of interests and specializations, including but not limited to, anxiety and panic, depression, relationship turmoil, life transitions, bereavement, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I utilize a range of interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Here at Grow I offer individual and couples counseling. Individual counseling is billed through insurance or self-pay at $100 per hour. Couples counseling is self-pay only at $150 per hour. There is a no show fee of $100. There is a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) fee of $100. I believe that all people regardless of race, culture, age, gender, religion, physical or mental disability, and sexual orientation are entitled to basic rights and fair, humane treatment. I believe that all members of society should have the same basic rights, protections, opportunities, obligations, and social benefits. My practice is governed by the belief that you are a valuable human being. You have the right to express your ideas and opinions openly and honestly. You have the right to direct and govern your life. You have the right to stand up for yourself without anxiety and make choices that are good for you. You have the right to change your mind. You have the right to not be liked by everyone. You have the right to be wrong. You have the right to make requests and refuse them without feeling guilty. You have the right to ask for information. You have the right not to be responsible for others’ behaviors, actions, feelings, or problems.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have nearly twenty-three years of experience as a therapist. My areas of expertise are addictions and couple's counseling. However, over the years I have treated clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, mood swings, ADD, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, sexual abuse/assault, and eating disorders. I have also worked with a few veterans over the years. When working with couples, I always focus on communication skills and tools, as well as ways to fight nicely first before moving on to what is actually bringing the couple to therapy. Other areas with couples I have treated have been related to infertility, infidelity, parenting issues, financial problems, and family problems. I am married and have been for twenty-one years and also have 2 children, a son age 18 and a daughter who is 15, as well as our rescue dog who will be 4. I do work full time as a clinical auditor for a behavioral health care company and also teach part-time at one of our local universities.
