Hi there, William Silverstone here. I have always enjoyed relating to people. I like helping people get in touch with their innermost desires and dreams. We’ll identify any barriers you may be encountering and design a manageable game plan to help you overcome these hurdles and get you back in your proper stride. I have experience as a Clinical Social Worker counseling adult and geriatric patients in long-term care settings as well as providing counseling to adults and couples at a mental health facility, as a Licensed Social Worker providing behavioral health counseling to clients in a recovery setting. I have also worked as a Licensed Social Worker coordinating care and handling case management as part of a care team, and in the role of CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) helping patients to monitor and reduce the severity of their symptoms. I work with all types of patients using an eclectic approach to determine the best treatment that is most likely to help you be successful based on each individual's particular situation, background and experience.

Graduating in 2012, I have met with many hundreds of individuals, couples and families using a myriad of different methodologies. What I have learned is that the best way to help a client is to let go of anything you ever learned and connect with the person individual in front of you, not as a client but as a person. In addition, I take a highly biased and slanted bent towards your strengths and qualities with an unhidden agenda of manifesting your individual core beauty. In other words, this is a highly individual journey and the key to enjoying it is through highly colored lenses of your inexhaustible array of qualities. All methodology and techniques fall to the wayside.

I view myself as an ongoing student. My commitment to you is to continuously learn and share new concepts, guiding you in unraveling the complexities of your inner and outer worlds. I value professional integrity and I promise to never ask you to do anything without explaining its value and rationale. My ideal client is someone that is suffering from low self-esteem, emotional neglect from family, domestic violence, grief, childhood trauma, codependency, betrayal, personality dysfunction, family conflict, and or trauma-related symptoms and is wanting to feel safe in their bodies, relationships, and environments. My clients want to have better emotional intelligence and self-awareness with handling emotionally immature love ones. I specialize in trauma informed care and I have taken Phase 1 training of Brainspotting Therapy. I am excited to work with you!
