My area of focus is working with adults around stress, anxiety and depression. My highest priority as a therapist is to cultivate a space for you as a client to feel safe, supported, and unconditionally accepted. I have been doing therapy for 23 years and am very passionate and committed to supporting others on their healing journey. My clinical approach is person-centered first and foremost, while incorporating cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing methods to focus on your goals and motivations, and target what solutions are most effective and appropriate for you. As a licensed clinical social worker and fellow human, I know the importance of telling your story in a safe space; to feel heard, supported, seen, and to allow the courageous process of healing to take place.
