In a private, peaceful, therapeutic environment I will listen to you without judgment, provide support, insight and feedback to help you address current or long standing issues that are impacting your life and possibly interfering with your emotional well-being. I have over 20 years experience working with individual and families to address mood instability, depression, anxiety, personal trauma, grief/loss, interpersonal problems, chronic illness and substance abuse. I specialize in working with adults from a holistic perspective providing individual counseling using diverse therapeutic modalities. I believe that therapy works best when there is a commitment to attend regular scheduled therapy session. I believe that individuals are resilient and have the capacity to heal from within.
