Ms. Sarandrea's educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology, M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, and she is current PhD candidate in Psychology with a focus on trauma. Ms. Sarandrea is a professional member of the American Psychological Association and a certified member of the National Board of Mental Health Counselors. She continues to educate herself by attending national and local conferences, and keeping up with current therapy research. Ms. Sarandrea's role will be to guide and support you in improving the skills and confidence that are needed for you to live your best life by helping you learn new, healthy, and adaptive ways of coping and healing, as well as exploring the underlying causes of your current symptoms.
