Nicole is a wife, stepmother to 4, and has been ever engaged in the field of healing throughout the past 11 years. She is well versed in helping others tap into the root causes of their pain and helping them move from a place of surviving to thriving. After witnessing her own father’s recovery from a brain stem stroke, she found herself at a professional crossroad. She has always been aware that healing is a tripod- the medical model seeks to heal the body, therapy seeks to heal the mind, but often times the spiritual aspect of healing remains unaddressed. It is this aspect that led Nicole to dive more deeply into integrative wellness and immerse herself into true healing. In more recent time, Nicole has become dedicated in working with individuals who are facing terminal illnesses/ children who are facing their parent's long-term illnesses.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Maryland. I have extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship and am committed to building a supportive connection with clients. I offers compassionate and non-judgmental support, guiding you towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I practice trauma informed care, utilizing a strength based, client centered approach to treatment with a focus on developing a strong working alliance. My treatment modalities are eclectic, there is no one size fits all. My goal is to help you remove barriers, to enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual well being. I use emotionally focused therapy to help I am an animal and nature lover. I practice yoga and mindfulness.

Hello! My name is Elise Nerenberg. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and Florida. I received my Bachelor's degree of Social Work from Penn State and my Master's degree from Fordham University. For over 19 years, I have been working in private practice with individuals,couples and families. At this time, I meet with clients virtually in New Jersey and Florida.
