I have been working in the mental health field since 2010. I began working with many clients who had developmental disorders and Autism; teaching life skills, and behavioral management. In 2012, I started working with children and families within a home and community setting. Teaching behavioral techniques/plans, coping skills, parenting techniques/skills, and assisted with 504 plans with school districts. I finished my master’s in clinical, mental health counseling degree in 2016, and began working with adults, running groups, and completing intakes. I have experience working with addictions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, Autism, and developmental disorders.

We all want to have a purpose in the world and desire to be part of something. When conflicts strike, sometimes it feels like a tidal wave crashing on us and our problems become overwhelmingly out of control. Sometimes unresolved problems lead to fear, anxiety, and depression and we find it difficult to cope. I hope to expose myself to more cultures through travel. I studied abroad in Ecuador and participated in service trips to El Salvador, Mississippi, New Orleans, and the Appalachian region. I live a spiritual life with the belief that we and all “things” are connected by a shared energy of love.
