I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience helping adults navigate life's most challenging seasons. Throughout my career, I've worked in hospitals, behavioral health, crisis intervention, and medical settings, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and overwhelming stress. My experience has allowed me to work with people from diverse backgrounds while providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe every person deserves a safe space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I especially enjoy working with adults who have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they've forgotten how to care for themselves. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you rediscover your strengths and move forward with confidence.

Welcome, and come as you are. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself on a deeper level. Many of the struggles we experience in adulthood, whether in relationships, self-worth, anxiety, trauma, communication, or life satisfaction, are shaped by patterns that developed long before we were aware of them. My role is to help you identify those patterns, understand why they exist, and create lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Whether you're navigating overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or seeking a better understanding of yourself, I'm here to help you build practical skills while creating meaningful, lasting change.

I am a dedicated and passionate social worker who has committed my career to helping others. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, and elder adults and truly enjoy working with the life span. I believe my strongest asset is my ability to connect with others. As a therapist my goal is for us to build a connection together that allows trust, honesty, and communication to best meet whatever your goals may be. I feel that the best therapeutic experiences often involve a mixture of supported listening, active coping skill implementation and personal reflection. I utilize strengths-based approaches and interventions including ACT, CBT, DBT skills, and more, to create plans for growth that fit your unique needs and give you solutions and skills for everyday life. I also offer EMDR treatment when appropriate.
I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly twenty years of experience across community mental health, forensic settings, and psychiatric emergency services. Healey Award for Veterans Services. My approach is relational, warm and non-judgmental, integrating CBT, mindfulness-based methods, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy to address the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. My experience in residential programs, academic settings, in-home support, and outpatient care has given me a deep understanding that every person's journey is unique. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for positive change, I'm committed to providing a compassionate, collaborative space where you can gain confidence, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want.
I work with adults who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look honestly at what's not working in their lives. Most of the people I see are juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, or both, and have been pushing through anxiety, low mood, or chronic overwhelm for longer than they'd like to admit.
The work I'm most drawn to: anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, women's issues, and the patterns that keep us stuck.
I believe in the inherent goodness of people, and enjoy helping them to find healthier ways of being in the world, and to create happier lives. My therapeutic style is pro-active and straightforward, with an ease in relating to people through experience, compassion and humor. My psychotherapeutic approaches address the mind/body connection, as research shows that how we perceive and process events in our lives can influence us both mentally and physically.
Hi, I'm Peter. Providing remote therapy sessions is both what I do for a living and something I really enjoy, being able to get to know and help a wide variety of people from wherever each of us is most comfortable. I'll most likely be set up in my house in a private office room in a comfortable recliner. How will you be situated for our conversation?

Hello and Welcome!
I am a social worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to work with a psychiatrist who believed there was more to treating mental health than medication. I participated in a training with him and I was transformed as a therapist. I was trained in the relaxation response and mindfulness meditation and using the body to help heal people who have had significant trauma and mental health challenges. From there, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults learn more about themselves and help them connect with the truest part of themselves. I believe my purpose is to help people learn to love themselves.
I lived in CA for a long time and still hold my LCSW license. I was fortunate enough to study with a number of teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center who have influenced my work. I blend a number of different frameworks into my practice including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy and self-compassion.
I am mindful and respectful of all differences (racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, gender, sexual orientation, ability etc.) and strive to understand each person within the context of their life history.
Every person who seeks treatment has unique needs and goals. I strive to work collaboratively with you to keep your goals at the center of our work together.
I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC community and all those impacted by systemic racism and oppression. I will uphold my own values and ethics and support all those who are speaking out against injustice of any kind. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for all.
Hi, I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've worked in inpatient psychiatry, done crisis intervention, and spent years in outpatient therapy, so I've sat with people through everything from everyday stress to full-blown crises, including LGBTQ individuals navigating identity, acceptance, and the unique challenges that can come with it. If there's one thing that's taught me, it's that healing looks different for everyone. There's no single formula that works for all of us, and I recognize that minorities and marginalized folks often carry experiences and stressors that deserve to be seen and understood, not overlooked.

Hi, I'm Greg,
Have you ever felt like the path your life has taken has not turned out the way you expected? Do you sometimes wonder why you don't feel the way you think you should, or worry that you may not be headed in the right direction?
We all feel that way, quite often, and I've found that it often helps to talk through some of these things to help us feel more confident in ourselves, and in our lives.
For the past 30 years, I have been in the business of helping people of all ages through tough spots in their lives, with a variety of circumstances and problems, and I have seen a lot, but I am always interested in meeting new people and finding new challenges to work through.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly and feel understood. I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and want practical tools to start feeling better.
My approach is collaborative and focused on real-life change. I use evidence-based strategies along with mind-body techniques to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable. In our work together, you’ll gain insight into your patterns and build skills you can actually use outside of sessions.
Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about helping you feel more in control, more balanced, and more like yourself again.
For more than sixteen years, I have worked in the mental health field, supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges with openness, curiosity, and a long‑term commitment to personal growth. My approach centers on helping people understand the “why behind the what”—the underlying patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their current concerns.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I recognize that each person’s experience is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet clients where they are, at a pace that feels safe and productive.
Once we develop a clear understanding of what is contributing to your distress, we collaborate to create a practical and meaningful plan for change. My goal is to help you invest in yourself, build insight, and move toward lasting well‑being.

Hello,
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York and licensed in the states of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut. I have been practicing for 7 years and I am proud to say that I have supported adults and adolescents throughout challenging mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, grief and postpartum mood struggles, as well as adjustment to life transitions. I am Bilingual able to perform treatment sessions both in English and Greek.
I would describe my style as warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and genuine. I value humor, creativity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapy space, while also helping clients identify practical tools and next steps that feel realistic for their lives. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where clients can be fully human — where they can reflect, feel supported, build insight, and begin to relate to themselves with more understanding and care.
My background includes experience in school, outpatient, and pediatric healthcare settings, where I have supported clients and families navigating anxiety, stress, transitions, identity development, relationships, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. These experiences have shaped my belief that people are not defined by their challenges; they already carry strengths, wisdom, and resilience that therapy can help them access more fully.
I Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have an additional specialty in Pain Reprocessing Therapy from The Pain Psychology Center helping clients struggling with Neuroplastic pain. I draw from a humanistic and person-centered approach to provide a personalized therapeutic experience. I focus on helping clients move from where they are to where they want to be utilizing evidence based therapeutic modalities.

Have you tried therapy but just didn’t get anywhere? New to therapy and not sure what to look for? Have a great life but feeling unfulfilled, having trouble navigating important relationships, or experiencing strong feelings that seem to come out of nowhere?
I’ve worked with clients to explore these and similar issues in the many years I’ve provided therapy. I have an uncanny ability to gently and compassionately challenge what may be happening, often leading to insight and a new found ability to make real and lasting changes so you can focus on what matters most to you: your family, your education, your career, your mental well-being.
Whether you are dealing with Relationship/friendship issues, parenting challenges, workplace issues or unresolved conflicts, I listen with an understanding ear. I help people address intense anxiety, ADHD, and mild depression even when most components in life seem to be going quite well. Sometimes things aren’t working because, well, they’re not working.
My clients include people from various backgrounds and situations, from intact families to those estranged or low/no contact in family status. I see clients employed as teachers, nurses, research scientists, a dentist, a CEO, an HR executive, a cheese monger, both new and seasoned “stay-at-home” care-givers and many people studying in college, graduate programs, or obtaining post-graduate degrees. Whoever you are, from whatever background, I listen intently to your story and can help bring awareness into what may be obstacles to living a peaceful, serene, healthy life. As different as people are, I have discovered that some of our patterns and dynamics are very much the same. You don’t have to carry your emotional pain all on your own. I can help.

Hi, I’m Ash! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I integrate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than taking a one size fits all approach.

My style is explorational, affirmative and always respectful of where you’ve come from and the goals you’d like to meet in the coming days. As a licensed Psychologist, I first prioritize learning not only why a person is contacting me, but also to be able to relate to that person based on their individual needs and what are their expectations of therapy. I believe that we all need to have a sense of purpose or meaningfulness in our lives, something that our thoughts, emotions and life experiences contribute to the "heart" of our personalities.
The process of healing from the challenges of life begins with a search for truth about our beliefs, habits and relationships. Physical health is affected by our mental health through the complex interactions between the brain and bodily functions. Interventions I use in my sessions include Cognitive Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT.
As a Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals. Even though these patient populations are diverse, the common denominator is the human "heart". My sessions work to connect a person's sense of meaning in life to help them overcome anxiety, depression and a loss of personal identity in this complex world.
