I received my master’s degree from Lesley University in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Music Therapy in 2018. I enjoy my clinical work and value the courage it takes to engage in therapy. I am an outgoing, personable individual, and provide a creative, safe, and welcoming environment for my clients to meet the challenges in life in order to live their best lives. My clients are always eager to do the work in therapy, of course at varying degrees. Therapy is for those who want it and not necessarily those who "need" it. Frankly, I think everyone would benefit from being in therapy but it would not be successful without any investment on their end. If one is not interested or motivated to change, then the tools and techniques I provide will not be able to help you. I can understand when it is difficult to complete tasks or follow up on recommendations that I will suggest, however, once you start the work you will see a difference. My clients often come to me feeling stuck, unsure of themselves, lacking confidence, and struggling to function in their everyday lives. If you are looking to learn more about yourself and how past and/or current issues are impacting you then I am your person!

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

I'm Kelly! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Massachusetts. I received my MSW from Boston University and have been practicing for 13 years. I love my job and hope my passion and enthusiasm comes through. I have a poster in my office that says “Good morning. Eyes up. Hearts up. Mind sharp. Compassion on full blast. (sips coffee) Okay let’s go” a favorite tweet of mine from the inimitable Lin Manuel Miranda. This mantra helps to center me and reminds me that there is almost nothing we can’t do with a little compassion (and some coffee!). I am passionate about social justice and anti-bias work, believe that humans do well when they can, and if they can't that by providing support, guidance and unconditional positive regard we can get them back on track. I believe in a whole-person, community centered approach in my work. My primary experience is working with children and adolescents and their caregivers on issues such as anxiety, ADHD and depression. I also have experience with adults and am excited to work with people of all ages. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can grow, help them to build up lagging skills, teach coping strategies, and partner with clients on how to be their best selves.

My name is Krystyna Ksiazek. I live in Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 29 years and never got sick of it. Seeing my clients succeeding, whether in therapy or their private life adds meaning to my work. My area of interest is Trauma and Complex-PTSD, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Agoraphobia, phobias, Eating disorders, Depression, and Grief. Also, I have experience in the treatment of anger management problems, self-harm behaviors, and dissociative/split personality disorders. I like working with Young Adults, Adults, the Elderly, men, and women. I like to reach out beyond the traditional scope of therapeutic interventions, to alternative medicine based on the homeostatic model of health. I want to help clients to build self-confidence and optimism and empower them to face new challenges, grow, and succeed as they never imagined. I like to build up therapeutic alliances with the clients, and create an atmosphere where they know and feel that I am there for them and that I understand and support them. I do not mind spending more time with them if this is clinically necessary. Also, under exceptional circumstances, I allowed clients to contact me on the phone outside of therapy sessions, to assist them in coping with extraordinary situations, guide them when they struggle with using newly acquired skills, etc. I came to the USA from Poland in the year of 1981. I had to start "from the bottom". I have been through many ups and downs, and painful personal losses; my mother, friend boyfriend, but I never gave up. My resilience, optimism, and positive outlook on life, did not allow me to accept the failure. Contrary, it motivated me to try harder. Most of the time it worked.

About You Are you in a situation where friends and family are not enough help right now? There are times when almost everyone needs to talk to an objective person. If this is your first time in counseling finding out a little about about your counselor is just one of the steps you have to take. Another is understanding what counseling/therapy is. It's a confidential meeting with an objective professional trained to sort things out and identify if you are at risk of harming yourself because life is too painful to bear. Suppose you are dealing with an unbearable situation such as being threatened of losing a job, a death in the family, a serious illness of your own, ongoing disability or addiction, a relationship going sour or breakup, loss of any kind, depression, and anxiety, I can help you get back on track. The truth is, I have lived a bit. I know what life is like. I was a New Yorker. I settled down in Massachusetts. Then I had a family later than most. Although I did work in human services with my bachelor's degree, I went back to school as an adult with a young child. I am so grateful to be this educated to help my clients. I ran an outpatient early recovery program, an inpatient program for long-term alcoholics, individual sessions at an outpatient community mental health clinic, and of course my private practice. This is who I am. I will be pleased to be your guide on your journey to a happier healthier life. ,

Do you wonder what it is like to change your old beliefs and behaviors? To live a life with meaning and reduce depression and anxiety? Do you wonder if you will ever heal from grief? Would you like to heal from trauma and live a more stress-free life? I love to work with people to help them overcome life challenges, integrate past lessons, and move forward positively. I take an eclectic approach and especially love using CBT strategies to help recognize thought patterns and change old negative beliefs. Including whatever creative interest you have in therapy can be extremely rewarding and insightful. If you are not creative, it's ok! Talk therapy is powerful and practicing what is learned is important as well. Other modalities include Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I have a very holistic approach. My goal is to create a safe place and to build rapport with you in the therapeutic relationship so we can move forward together and do this very important work.

Are you a parent of a high-achieving adolescent or college student who seems to be withdrawing from school and from their friends? COVID created treacherous hurdles that high school and college students had to navigate including lack of socializing with peers and not having adequate support from teachers and inadequate learning opportunities for them to develop into confident students. Competition is now relentless due to 24 hour access to social media and kids just don't have enough down time to unplug. Are you a veteran of any of the conflicts in Afghanistan or Iraq? Are you having trouble integrating into civilian life or are traumatic memories of combat preventing you from having healthy relationships? I get it. I served in the U.S. Army from March of 2009 to September 2014 and deployed to Mosul, Iraq as part of Operation New Dawn. I am passionate about helping my brothers and sisters in arms move their lives forward and to find their new normal. I also enjoy helping professional women with life transitions whether that mean a new job, becoming a parent, infertility issues, or pursuing a new career. Please give me a call. Therapy is a collaborative process and I look forward to helping you on your journey.
