Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Massachusetts. I have been practicing for 3 years in home-based services, community mental health, and private practice. I entered the mental health field after working in corporate human resources for 5 years. I am skilled in the realms of trauma, co-occurring disorders, anxiety and depression, and transitioning to adulthood. I strive to help parents and couples navigate the challenges of the perinatal period, returning to work postpartum and childhood development. I utilize a client-centered, culturally sensitive, strength-based, collaborative, and direct approach to help clients work through transitional times in their lives.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, addiction, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), psychosis, adjustment disorder, and PTSD. Because I have been in a program of Recovery from Alcohol, Drugs, and Codependency for the past 28 plus years I knows firsthand what it takes to find the truth of oneself and want assist you with your own unique and personal journey of self-awareness. I am dually licensed to treat mental health and substance abuse concerns. I am also licensed as an Independent Clinical Supervisor in the field of Addictions. My clinical interests include family dysfunction, addiction treatment, co-dependency, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and family, individual, or group counseling. I am board certified to do telehealth (counseling over the internet) for clients that cannot make it to the office for their counseling appointment or prefer the comfort of having their counseling session in the privacy of their own home.
