This is a journey that has been personally and professionally rewarding. It has much growth to me as an individual in my personal life as well as in my professional life. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I then pursue a Masters in Counseling at Webster University. I have gained experience working in a crisis unit, working in inpatient substance abuse treatment. I then gain employment at a local methadone clinic where I was able to provide counseling services to individuals with an opiate addiction. Later on I began my journey in working with children, adolescents/teenagers, young adults and parents, which has now become my passion.

I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA.
