Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Kentucky. I have been working as a therapist since 2021. Prior to that I worked as a case manager in the mental health field. I help adults and adolescents transition through difficult seasons in their lives. I actively work with addiction and recovery clients by providing Groups such as IOP and OP along with individual sessions when needed.

I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I’ve been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for 17 years. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health from Lindsey Wilson College in 2004. My primary specialty is working with adults struggling with life transitions. I also address anxiety, mood disorders that may result from life’s difficulties. I offer a warm, caring environment to work through symptoms and or stressors.

With a passion for holistic well-being and two decades of experience in the field of mental health, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I use a range of therapeutic modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to EMDR and other body centered therapies. Sessions will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
