I utilize a positive psychology and motivational interviewing approach to working with clients in order to help them overcome barriers to treating their mental health. My goal is to help you work through your current struggles and help provide a roadmap for you to be able to do so in the future on your own. I don't want to feed you for the day, I want to teach you how to fish.

I am a Clinical Psychologist who began working with clients in 2004. I have worked with a military population since 2009, to include active duty, their family members, and retirees, helping folks overcome a wide range of challenges that stand between who they are and the version of themselves they would like to be. Clients have sought support to work through anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss; as well as relationship stressors, communication challenges, and needs related to sense of self and worth. I am grateful to be trusted by my clients, am very careful to protect the needs they share, and appreciate being a part of their growth.
