I have over 9 years of experience treating adults, teens, and adolescents for various mental health related issues. I utilize a positive psychology and motivational interviewing approach to working with clients in order to help them overcome barriers to treating their mental health. My goal is to help you work through your current struggles and help provide a roadmap for you to be able to do so in the future on your own.
