I have worked with a military population since 2009, to include active duty, their family members, and retirees, helping folks overcome a wide range of challenges that stand between who they are and the version of themselves they would like to be. Clients have sought support to work through anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss; as well as relationship stressors, communication challenges, and needs related to sense of self and worth.
