My goal is to help you work through your current struggles and help provide a roadmap for you to be able to do so in the future on your own. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from ages 7 to 89, but currently am only working with adults. I am independently licensed in 3 different states as a Marriage and Family Therapist and independently licensed in 2 states as an Addiction Counselor. I believe everyone has a "gift," something that they are called to do, and Counseling is mine. I care about my clients and have the innate ability to "zone" in on what is going on with them. I use Emotional Focus Therapy, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed, Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but it really depends on the clients I am seeing.
