Hello! I am Myra Harris, MSW, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges while discovering their own strengths and resilience. Since graduating in 2012, I' ve worked in community mental health, gerontology, and school based social work, supporting individuals through a wide range of experiences. I strive to create a warm, safe, and judgement-free space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and openly share what is on your mind. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and genuine connection, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, Growth, and reaching their full potential while utilizing evidenced based therapy approaches to help guide therapy goals.

Hi, I’m a clinical social worker with a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, including OCD, panic, and generalized anxiety. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which are gold-standard approaches for helping people break free from patterns of fear, avoidance, and compulsive behaviors. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you face what feels overwhelming—at a pace that feels manageable—so you can build confidence, reduce anxiety, and reclaim your life.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent over 20 years working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice. That experience has given me a deep understanding of what people actually need to feel better — not just textbook answers, but real, practical support that meets you where you are. You'll work with someone who has seen a lot, judges nothing, and genuinely believes in your capacity to heal.

Hello! My name is Laura Lininger, LCSW. I attended Indiana University and got my BA in Psychology and then moved on to Tulane University in NOLA for my Masters in Social Work. I have worked for many years doing child and adolescent therapy and then later added working with adults to the services I provide. I believe my child and adolescent therapy background has been a great foundation for working with adults who are dealing with childhood trauma or family of origin issues. As for treatment approaches, I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I also include a lot of mindfulness practice in my work with clients. I am proud to provide a safe environment for all races, genders, religions, and clients from the LGBTQ community.

Hello, I am so glad you are here! Life can be overwhelming at any stage and challenges we face can make this even more difficult. It can be hard to know where to start to make changes or where to turn to for help. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LCAC) based in Indiana. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and Master's from Indiana University and have been practicing for more than twenty years. I provide that listening ear that so many of us need. It is my goal to help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or other mood disorders increase their understanding of these emotions as well as how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected in order to empower you to live your best life.

If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need. Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
