I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) with 13 years of experience helping clients work through anxiety and depression. Whether related to work, school, family, relationships, body image, and/or self-esteem, I begin by working with my clients to identify their personal trigger(s). To this end, I tailor each session to specifically address who I’m with, where they are with their unique challenges, and where they are in their life. Then, with this framework setting the stage, I provide an environment of understanding and compassion to allow each client to feel safe and supported as they work to set boundaries and meet their goals. I believe my clients already have what they need within to be successful. It's my job and honor to help them unveil their "hidden" potential in ways that are nurturing, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
