Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I have over 20 years in the mental health field working in multiple roles serving clients and their families both in office and in home. I am clinically trained in art therapy and wish to support clients in their mental health journey.

I have spent most of my career as an addictions counselor and took on mental health while I worked in the criminal justice system. I work with adults struggling with substances, relationships, self esteem and other forms of issues that cause discomfort and problems. I like to be "down to earth" and more directive in therapy because I'd like to get your problems solved as quickly as we can. I believe we, as humans, can benefit from having someone to talk to at any point in our lives and I'm ready to talk to you!

I am an Afro-Latina therapist who has experienced working with the Latino community and the United Stated communities. I have worked with organizations that provide community mental health services as an outpatient therapist. I worked with Client from ages 6 to 65+. I am a compassionate therapist who is here to support and accompany you through your journey of healing and self-discovery. I obtained a master's degree from University of Louisville in Social Work, and I am licensed the state of Indiana and Kentucky.
