I am a licensed clinical social worker and clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest times, and the worst of times, and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana specializing in anxiety, trauma, CPTSD, and sexual issues. I completed Sex Therapy Certification through the Sexual Health Alliance and Somatic EMDR training through The Embody Lab. I have experience working in a wide array of settings including, addictions, out-patient care, in-patient psychiatric care, and integrated behavioral healthcare. Throughout my experience, I found my passion in working with individuals and relationships in a personalized therapeutic setting. I love to help clients work on the issues most important to them and to talk about those things that you may not be able to with anyone else. Everything is on the table with me, because it is all YOU!

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked as a Therapist for 18 years. I have had great opportunities to get great experience with the mental health field. I spend time learning about my client's and finding the best treatment plan that provides the best outcomes. I look forward to working with each client and meeting them where they are. I keep an open mind with each client and each situation that my clients may be experiencing.

I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be…wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome. I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate as well, meaning I am aptly trained to help with anyone transitioning into new parenthood. I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day.
