Each of us long to feel safe, loved, and at peace. I am a regular human, living life, and learning from each of my experiences. Professionally, I am a therapist, a social worker, a meditation teacher, a professor, and yoga instructor. My professional titles don't give me an exemption from life’s trials and hardships.
