My modes of treatment include psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and, when called for, some degree of psychoanalytic therapy. After 3 years in academia and 8 years as a forensic psychologist, I moved my family to Miami in 1986 and joined a large private practice firm.
