I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech, followed by a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have close to 10 years of experience working as a therapist in both community based environments as well as through outpatient and telehealth settings. I have worked with a variety of clients that range in ages from adolescence through older adulthood. I work with my clients to help them overcome whatever issues they may be facing. I believe it is important to meet them where they are at and provide a safe, nurturing, and non judgmental space where we can work through issues and stressors together and develop ways for you to effectively cope with them.
