I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with Postpartum Challenges, pregnancy related challenges, and perinatal loss. I also specialize in working with grief and loss of all types. I strongly believe in meeting my clients where they are and encourage them to utilize their strengths to help them live their best lives.

Much of how we see and engage with the world stems from the experiences we have in our families. These experiences range from rich and rewarding to trying and traumatic.
