I’ve been working in the counseling field since 2012. I work with all ages especially teens and adults in areas such as anger management, anxiety, low self-esteem, school and peer issues, communication, ADHD and more. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and person centered therapy to assist clients with better functioning in their everyday lives. I listen to my clients and their needs to gain an understanding of their perspectives and presenting issues. The way I tailor sessions depends on the particular client, issues, and needs. Different clients require different methods. I am open, honest, empathetic and non-judgmental, but also tell it like it is.
