Hi there, I am Eliana Gassette. I am an LMHC for more than 13 years. I speak English and Spanish. I am specializing in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and panic attacks. I love mixing cognitive behavior and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help high performers manage anxiety and increase self-confidence and self-esteem. Together, we can identify what's not working and get back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome your struggles. Let's work together! My website is https://www.focusmind.online

Hi, my name is Vijaya Siddalingappa also known as VJ. I am a licensed clinical psychologist PhD, and currently practice in Florida. I have been in the mental health field for 25 years. I speak 2 additional languages( Hindi and Kannada) and I am currently offering telehealth appointments. I am very happy to be a part of the Grow community! I have a holistic approach with a non judgmental stance as I believe each individual is unique. So I tailor interventions to client's needs and not use "one size fits all" approach. I have an unconditional approach and appreciate diversity in each person accentuating their strengths. I use passive approach (providing space for venting their feelings) and an active approach by teaching cognitive behavioral skills which clients can easily learn and use these skills when needed. I like to cook, exercise, watch football and volunteer at community events for the less fortunate. I maintain a healthy balance with work, recreation and self- care. I work hard and play hard! My experience includes working with adults, geriatrics, children and women in outpatient and inpatient settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); and Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT). I am also passionate about individual differences and multicultural studies. My expertise is working with addictions (dual diagnosis), trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, Obsessive compulsive disorders, schizophrenia, domestic violence and sexual abuse, stress management, loss and grief, and adjustment disorders. We never arrive! I learn something new and grow every day. Look forward to working with you!

I truly believe that a life of eudaemonia is attainable to all. Eudaemonia is a noun of Greek origin that translates into ‘human flourishing’, ‘a contented state of being happy, healthy and prosperous.’ During the past 19 years of providing counseling services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, professionals and families, in individual, couple, family or group settings, I have encountered individuals who wanted to stop feeling their negative symptom, whether internal (thought, feeling, sensation), or external (behavior, verbal and otherwise). With me, you will learn to cope with your uncomfortable private experiences, you will learn the purpose of your behavior and you will learn to self-manage as well as relationship manage. Together, if you want, we can make you thrive in all areas of your life, including your relationships. If the problem in your relationship is about power and control (abuse of the mental, emotional, or physical types), couple therapy may not be adequate, appropriate or even safe for you. Please take safety measures if you are at risk. The national domestic violence helpline number is 800-799-7233. In a couple, it is rare that both people suggest couple therapy as a solution to their relational problems. Don't worry, you are not the only one. Relationships are complex and can be said to have multiple components that would need to be addressed. Let us say that a couple rests on three pillars: communication, intimacy (emotional closeness), and sex. You say, well what about respect, trust, boundaries, etcetera. They can all fit under one of these categories, trust me, and in session we will explore every component that makes your relationship work. You can learn to thrive together again. Or may be you are seeking couple therapy to consciously uncouple, and you understand that it is a process. I can assist with that as well. Remember that your couple is a system. One minute change can create an unexpected upheaval in a complex system. Systems do have a tendency to naturally re-establish a new equilibrium. In your couple therapy, you can decide what that new equilibrium looks like. Couples have chosen to stay together and work out their relationships after sexual indiscretions, or longer-term affairs. They have also learned to thrive together again. Everyone has their reasons to stay together. My experience with couples has mostly been in a private practice setting. I look forward to developing a private, confidential, trusting and collaborative relationship with you and help you achieve your couple goals.
