My name is Christian I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is very important component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I love to assess what is helping and not helping my clients, then find unique clinical interventions that make real positive change. Small positive changes can lead to big changes. I'm an eclectic when it comes to using different therapy modalities. I like to use therapeutic games at times to foster a safe place for my clients to talk about the root of the issues at hand.

Katherine spent the majority of her therapeutic career in a community based setting meeting with youths impacted by substance abuse, alcoholism, mental health and co occurring disorders within their homes and community’s. Katherine has worked with these youth and their families to help mend the ties that substance use has broken. Before starting her own practice, Katherine was a school social worker for youth and young adults with emotional, cognitive and other health impairments.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker (LCSW) based out of North Carolina but licensed in several states (NC, SC, VA, DE, IL). I received my Masters in Social Work from Fayetteville State University in 2014 and have been practicing for 9 years. I work with all age groups to include children age 5 and up, teens, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
