My name is Allison Krauss Randall and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience providing counseling services to women, men and children who have experienced trauma, loss and stress in their relationships and in their lives. I am trauma informed and trained as well as have trained over 200 therapists nationally regarding the impact of trauma on our attachments and relationships. I know both personally and professionally how important healthy, meaningful relationships are to our overall well-being. I also know the profound impact when our most important relationships are full of stress, hurt, betrayal and trauma. I have extensive knowledge on the impact of trauma when we desire loving supportive connections. I desire to create a "safe haven" where individuals can feel a sense of calm in the storms of their traumatic relationships to explore, process and heal the broken pieces of our hearts when our connections hurt rather than support.

Summer Post is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 7years of experience working with individuals who are coping with severe persistent mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, substance use, and many other presenting issues that individuals may be struggling with. I believe in meeting people where they are, perpetuating meaningful and supportive connection. My specialty includes working with individuals/families that have experienced emotional and physical abandonment and/or are healing from narcissistic abuse in either parental/romantic/sibling relationships. In addition, I work with individuals that are struggling with the following: mood disorders, personality disorders, intimate partner violence; as well as those that have caused harm in relationships, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, betrayal trauma, and substance use disorder. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning that I prioritize a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore and process their experiences. I have extensive experience working with individuals that have experienced abuse, neglect, and trauma in addition to the consequences of that trauma.

Hi - I’m Crystal. It sure is complicated to be an adult these days. We are surrounded by chaos, catastrophe, covid – on top of regular life expectations of work, relationships and family.
