Good day! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). I received my MS in Psychology, specializing in Clinical Counseling from Capella University. I have extensive experience working with youth and adolescence in the community, outpatient, educational, and therapeutic in-home settings. I am a warm and friendly therapist who loves working with individuals of all ages and helping them unlock doors to achieve their goals, dreams, and desires. I am certified in the technique of EMDR which releases and helps resolve intense feelings such as fear, anxiety, depression, fear or shame. I will work in sessions to build confidence and resilience to result in better energy and a positive outlook to improve daily functioning and holistic health.
