My background is in psychology research, and I started my career as a psychologist by teaching statistics, research methods, and cultural psychology. I am extremely interested in all things relationship based and rely heavily on understandings from neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, and mindfulness philosophy approaches.

About Me: I'm a licensed psychologist who provides counseling and therapy via telehealth and some limited in-person sessions. With more than 20 years of experience, I help guide clients to meet their mental health goals using various methods. I work collaboratively with clients to individualize their wellness plan and find coping skills that match their personal interests, style, accessibilities, and schedules. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Most ages are welcome as I work with children, pre-teens, teens, adults, and seniors.
