I feel my primary responsibility as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to foster a calm, safe and trusting environment with all clients through a warm and non-judgmental relationship. Therapy is a “we” program. My former career tracks in communication and education gives me the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and cultures with empathy and support to help you meet your goals. As a private practice and community mental health therapist, I was able to experience working clinically with children, youth, adults and couples. I use an individually tailored approach to therapy matching the needs of each client in the present moment.
