I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master's Degree in Social Work and have been practicing for 5 years. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults and assist them in their journey toward a happy and fulfilling life.

I have been a social worker for 20 years, 16 of which have been in the mental health field. I was in the military for 10 years and discharged as an Army Captain. I also have a second master’s degree in educational counseling and a pupil personnel services (PPS) credential. I have many years of experience in the areas of social work, counseling/therapy, career development, and upper management. I have had the opportunity to work for government, educational, non-profit, and profit/private organizations. I have expertise working in the areas of sexual assault, domestic violence, military sexual trauma, childhood trauma, general anxiety, sports performance anxiety, and depression. I feel my many years of experience affords me the professional knowledge and skill set needed to assist my clients in their therapeutic journey.

Hello. I am a licensed social worker in California. I began practicing in the mental health/behavioral health field in 2011. I originally was licensed in Maryland in 2015 but then returned to California in 2016. Since starting in the field, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 years old to 75 years old; most experience working with individuals between the ages of 10 and 35. I have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I am an ally of the LGBTQI community and can provide a safe, telehealth space for them. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot accommodate individuals seeking letters for emotional support animals or those mandated by the court or legal system for therapy. With that said, my goal in being a counselor, is to assist my clients in meeting their identified treatment needs. I am flexible and willing to do whatever I need to do to assist you and help you in any way that I can.
